Description
European society is religiously plural, which is why interfaith learning is becoming increasingly important. It is seldom taken into account that the students participating in such lessons have ideas and attitudes, possibly even entrenched prejudices about other religions. However, this learning condition has implications for learning about and from each other, so it cannot be ignored. This study therefore explores how students think about members of other religions and whether socially widespread reservations are already evident at a young age. Based on this, options for action will be developed as to how this can be addressed in (inter)religious educational processes in order to contribute to a reduction of prejudices.
