Manos que cuentan

Los signos de la lengua de signos son una gran herramienta para mejorar el vínculo y la comunicación con los bebés. Desde muy temprano, los bebés comprenden los signos y los imitan con sus pequeñas manos. A través de ellos no sólo nos pueden mostrar lo que necesitan o prefieren, sino que también nos pueden contar lo que piensan, lo que sienten o lo que recuerdan. Este libro no es un manual de cómo hablar lengua de signos, sino de cómo a través de los signos de esa lengua puedes comunicarte con tu bebé cuando todavía no habla o tiene un vocabulario limitado. Seguro que una forma de comunicarse en la que palabra y mimos van de la mano va a ser bienvenida por nuestros bebés.

Sign language is a great tool to improve bonding and communication with babies. From very early on, babies understand the signs and imitate them with their little hands. Through them, not only can they show us what they need or prefer, but they can also tell us what they think, what they feel or what they remember. This book is not a manual on how to speak sign language, but on how through the signs of that language you can communicate with your baby when they do not speak or have a limited vocabulary. Surely a way of communicating in which words and pampering go together is going to be welcomed by our babies.
