Dr. Ángel Pérez-Vidal was one of the founders of the July 26 Movement and Cuban Civic Action in the fight against the Batista dictatorship established after the Coup d'état of March 10, 1952. He participated in the first months of the government revolutionary as assistant to President Manuel Urrutia, until his resignation and subsequent exile. This book tells his memoirs that reveal the history of those struggles and the discovery of the communist totalitarian plan that forced him into exile in the United States, where he received a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
